CANCELLATION POLICIES

Participant Cancellations:

If, for any reason, a participant needs to cancel the reservation, they must do so via email at acro acroyogaschool@gmail.com.

Trainings:

Trainings: The reservation payment is non-refundable. If the participant cancels their spot at least 60 days before the course, they will be issued a voucher* for the amount of the reservation payment, which can be used for another training session. The remaining payments (excluding the reservation fee) can be refunded as a voucher or credited to the initial payment account, minus €50 for administrative fees, provided that the cancellation is made at least 60 days before the course. If the cancellation occurs within 60 days of the course, there will be no refund or voucher exchange in any case. If a student suffers an injury, medical condition, or is subject to force majeure once the course has started, the School will not refund the course fee under any circumstances.

*VOUCHERS: Training vouchers can be used within the next two years from the date of issue, always for the value of the voucher and only for training courses.

Retreats and festivals: The reservation deposit is non-refundable. If the participant cancels their reservation at least 30 days before the retreat, a voucher* for the value of the reservation will be issued, which can be used for another retreat. If a participant suffers an injury, medical condition, or is subject to force majeure after the retreat begins, the School will not refund the retreat fee under any circumstances. *VOUCHER: School voucher are valid for two years, always for the voucher’s value and only for other retreats.

Conventions: The deposit for the reservation is non-refundable. If the participant cancels their reservation at least 30 days before the event, a voucher* for the value of the reservation will be issued, which can be used to book another event. If a participant suffers an injury, medical condition, or is subject to force majeure after the event has started, the school will not refund the event fee under any circumstances. *VOUCHERS: The school vouchers can be used within two years, always for the value of the voucher and only for a new reservation. If a change is made from one convention to another or the voucher is for a different convention, the base price of €160 will be maintained for the convention where the voucher is used.

If the participant fails to attend the course or retreat at the contracted location and date, the entire reserved amount will be forfeited.

The payment for the free edition is non-refundable and cannot be transferred to another event. The free edition does not count as a convention for discounts on other events.

School Cancellations:

While the School makes every effort to ensure that a reserved training is completed, we reserve the right to cancel any training due to unforeseen circumstances. In the unlikely event of this occurring, 100% of payments will be refunded. The school is not responsible for any costs associated with flights, transfers, or other incurred expenses. It is highly recommended that you obtain travel insurance in case of accidents and/or injuries in these instances. Before commencing the training, students will be required to sign a liability waiver.

Where applicable, refunds will be processed via bank transfer to the original account within a maximum of 30 days from the cancellation request.
